Excursion to Col Quaternà

From the State Road 52 you go up with the carriage road to the Casere di Coltrondo and Rinfreddo. Continue along the cart track 149 to the junction in the locality of “La Ponta”, then on the military road towards the Quaternà. Through flowery pastures you reach the Sella and then the summit, with a 360° panorama of the entire Val Comelico. You descend to the saddle and follow the long panoramic crossing of the Costa della Spina to the locality of Federe, above Casamazzagno.
